Handstand BASE BLOCKS to practice balance. A pair of blocks on the ground gives you better control over your balance, and is useful to practice stance changes, and change of weight from right to left (going up and down the block).

Use as a base for stacking blocks. Thicker than stacking blocks, these have an anti-slip rubber under. These are also useful and comfortable as a chin block for contortion.

It has no sealant so you can just use magnesium on it or seal it yourself.
