Delivery Information and Return Policy

Delivery Information

Your shipment will be sent and delivered by the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

Handling times for products in stock are 1-4 business days (until the package is given to the shipping provider).

Shipping times and estimated delivery are provided during checkout, or you can estimate shipping and taxes in your basket. 

Note: When the items are handed over to the carrier they are no longer under the responsibility of CircusConcepts. 

Damaged goods:

CircusConcepts always packages our goods so they are safe for transport. If, however, your item was damaged, it is your responsibility to make sure the package received has not been damaged by the shipping provider and to claim such damages to the shipping provider. CircusConcepts Inc is not responsible for any damages due to transportation. Claims have to be made to the shipping authority. 

Taxes, Customs and Duty fees

Normally, Circus Equipment is free of any Duties.  To be sure, ask your local custom's office about your country’s regulations.

We recently added UPS to our shipping options, but they will charge you 50$ for any international shipping. 

See below about taxes:

Local Order:

TPS and TVQ will be charged for all orders within the province of Québec, Canada (already included in the total) 

Canadian Orders:

TPS will be charged for all orders within Canada (already included in the total)

USA Orders and customs regulations:

For USA orders, it is an export, so we do not charge any taxes. As from the Free Trade agreement, there are no customs fees or special taxes that apply to any of our products, as they are manufactured in Canada. From our experience, the receiver does not usually have to pay import or your local taxes, but it might be that you are charged your local sales tax. This has proven to be very seldom until now for orders of less than 10 000$.

International Orders and Customs Regulations (other than USA):

For international orders, it is an export, so we do not charge any taxes. Your country's local customs authorities should charge you your local sales tax. If you are a business, sales tax can be deducted. If you are an individual, you will have to pay your local tax on top of the item's price, just like when you buy any item in your local hardware store. Your local customs agency will contact you to obtain payment of this tax before completing shipment. 

Note:

We DO NOT accept requests to send goods as gifts or as used goods returned to users. We comply to the international regulations.

If you are unsure about this point, contact your local Custom's authorities.

Return policy

There is a 30% Restocking Fee on the return of standard products and a 20% restocking fee on the exchange of standard products. Exchanges/ Returns must be made within 30-60 days of the delivery date. Shipper must pay return shipping fees/cost and any custom duties, if applicable, as well as supplemental shipping fees for the new item.   Any Custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
